Michael David Salter, Sr.
Born May 25, 1960
Mike was a Navy veteran who loved spending time with his family. He loved to fish and was a big LSU fan and loved to make people laugh.
Preceding him in death were his parents; Ghale Salter, Melba Salter and grandson, Christian Hernandez.
He is survived by his wife, Paula Salter; children, Becky Norris, Chasity Wheeler, Michael Salter, Jr., Brandi Hernandez and Amber Salter; 21 grandchildren and one great grand-daughter; 3 brothers and many nieces and nephews along with many other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at Family Ministries Center in Fairhope, AL. on Friday, December 26, 2025 at 2:00pm.
The family will begin receiving friends at 12:00pm for Visitation.
Interment will follow in Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
