Monica Felton

Monica B. Felton, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at the age of 55.

She loved to fish, shop and be close to the water. Monica was an Auburn graduate, a proud grandmother and a Registered Nurse and Respiratory Therapist for over 30 years, working at Thomas Hospital, Mobile Infirmary, Springhill Hospital and Mercy Medical. She was most recently a traveling nurse.

Monica, known as “Shug” to her grandchildren, is survived by her husband, Steven Felton of Fairhope; daughter, Leann (Paul) Cink of Spanish Fort; sons, Chad Felton of Mobile and William Felton of Fairhope; grandchildren, Miles and Natalie; parents, Jerry and Linda Barnett of Fairhope, and her best friend, Rachele “Ra Ra” Norris of Fairhope; many other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Monday, March 4, 2024, from 10:00 until 11:00am, at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, with funeral services following at 11:00am.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm at Mobile Memorial Gardens.
