Nathan Whitlee McMullin

Nathan Whitlee McMullin, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Monday, July 14, 2025, at the age of 38.

Nathan was born on March 12, 1987, in Slidell, Louisiana, to Roy and Nedra McMullin. He grew up in Montgomery, Alabama, and attended Trinity Presbyterian School before going on to graduate from the University of Alabama. He later earned his MBA from Troy University. Nathan proudly served in the U.S. Army before pursuing his dream of building homes and community as the Co-Owner and President of Limitless Homes.

Nathan was full of life and had an infectious laugh that could light up any room. He had a deep love for people and a gift for motivating and encouraging others. Nathan gave everything he had to the people and passions he cared about.

He was a devoted husband, father, son, and friend—hardworking, selfless, and deeply faithful. He was active in 3Circle Church and loved supporting local causes and community events, especially the ones that brought people together in movement and purpose.

Nathan is survived by his wife, Courtney McMullin of Fairhope, Alabama; his three beloved children, Mary Lauren, Whit, and Riggins McMullin; his parents, Roy and Nedra McMullin of Montgomery, Alabama; his brothers, Matt McMullin (Anna Louise) and Corey McMullin (Ines); his brother-in-law, Ben Williams; parents-in-law, Mike and Lisa Williams; and his cherished nieces and nephews: Evan, Clayton, Hugh, Eliza, and Rosie McMullin. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hubert and Jean Smith. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A memorial service to celebrate Nathan’s life will be held Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 3Circle Church in Fairhope, Alabama. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. with the memorial service following at 11:00 a.m. A private graveside service will be held at a later date at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Spanish Fort.
