Patricia Anne Turley Lowery, lovingly known to many as Pat or Nanny, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2026, in Robertsdale. Born on May 2, 1950, in Gadsden, Alabama, she was a woman whose heart and spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.

Patricia was an amazing, good-hearted woman—a devoted mother and grandmother whose absence will be profoundly felt by her family and community. Her love for her family was boundless, and she embraced every moment shared with them. A true homemaker, she was especially known for her exceptional cooking, bringing warmth and comfort through the meals she lovingly prepared for those she cared about. Her home was a haven where love and music danced hand in hand, reflecting her deep passion for both.

Among her cherished pastimes were enjoying music and engaging in lively games of bingo, activities that brought joy and connection throughout her life. Patricia's proudest accomplishment was becoming a great-grandmother, a title she embraced with immense pride and affection. Her legacy continues through her beloved granddaughter, Angelina Hodge Copeland, and Her Partner James Barton, along with numerous great-grandchildren who were a source of endless joy to her.

Patricia’s journey through life was marked by significant loss that precedes her—her late husband Larry Hodge, and her children Lori and Michael Hodge. She was also preceded in death by her parents and two siblings, leaving behind a legacy of love and resilience that continues to inspire.

Though Patricia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the melodies that filled her life, the family she treasured, and the countless precious memories she gifted to those fortunate enough to know her. She was a light, a nurturer, a music lover, and a cherished “Nanny” whose memory will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.
