Patricia A. Walley

Patricia Ann Walley, a resident of Bay Minette, Alabama, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the age of 83.

 She was a charter member of Spanish Fort Church of Christ.  As a young adult, she worked as the secretary for 13 men at the Mobile Press Register.   After she started a family, she became the church secretary at the Church of Christ for several years.  She was truly the hands and feet of Jesus while serving others in any capacity.   Mrs. Walley was known for her southern cooking and taking meals to others in need.  She had the heart of a servant and was always the voice of reason while providing TLC to those around her.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, and will be tremendously missed by all.

 Patricia was predeceased by her husband, William Walley.

 She is survived by her daughters, Karen (Gordon) Casey of Celina, TX and Cheryl (Phil) Williams of Bay Minette; brother, Kenneth (June) Norrell of Goodway, AL; grandchildren, Autumn (Jon) Coster, Landon (Kelley) Casey and Lauren Casey; great grandchildren, Barak, Makynlie, Kamden and Lincoln; many other loving relatives and friends.

 A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at Spanish Fort Church of Christ at 11:00am. Visitation will begin at 10:00am. 

 A private burial will take place at the Alabama State Veteran’s Cemetery in Spanish Fort, AL.
