Richard Eugene LeMaire

Richard “Rich” Eugene LeMaire, Sr., age 75, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 26, 2025.

Rich was a proud United States Navy veteran who served his country with honor and dedication. Following his military service, he enjoyed a fulfilling career with General Motors, where he worked for 20 years before his retirement. He later continued his professional journey with Kale-Tec in Delton, Michigan.

A man of many interests, Rich was a certified storm chaser who had a lifelong fascination with weather and nature’s power. He was also an avid outdoorsman who found great joy in fishing, hunting, and spending time in the natural world. His love for adventure and his appreciation for the outdoors were defining parts of his life. He never meet anyone who wasn’t a friend.

Rich was preceded in death by his parents, as well as a sister and a brother.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Judy LeMaire; his children, Marci, Carrie, Rickey Jr; stepchildren, Patty and Pat; along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and many dear friends.

Rich will be remembered as a hardworking, kind, and steadfast man who lived life on his own terms and cherished every moment with his family. His memory will remain a source of comfort and inspiration to all who knew and loved him.
