Richard Stubblefield

Richard Bradley Stubblefield, a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Sunday, October 8, 2023, at the age of 82. He was employed with Greers Grocery Store in Fairhope for over 50 years. He was an avid Alabama fan, and he never met a stranger. Preceding him in death are his sister, Margaret Mae West and his parents, Richard R. Stubblefield and Annie Charles Armstrong. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Pat Stubblefield of Fairhope; daughter, Ann Marie O’Neill (Brian) of Fairhope; son, Lawrence “Brad” (Holly) Stubblefield of Foley; sister, Melba Mills of Gainsville, FL; grandchildren, Brian, Kellie (Kendell), Joshua and Sarah; other loving relatives and many friends. A celebration of Richard’s life will be held Friday, October 13, 2023, at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, at 2:00pm, with visitation beginning at 1:00pm Interment will be held in Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
