Rosa "Rosie" Nell Jones

Rosa Nell Jones, a resident of Mobile, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at the age of 82.

Rosa “Rosie” was an avid Alabama football fan. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Howard and Nell Lee; and sister, Wanda Guy.

She is survived by her siblings Faye Hayes of Mobile, AL, Sherry Dismukes of Chickasaw, AL, Terry Bentley of Citronelle, AL, David Griswold of FL, Sammy Griswold of Satsuma, AL, Danny Griswold of Eight Mile, AL and Tim Griswold of Robertsdale, AL and Reesa Taylor of Semmes, AL; numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, at 2:00pm. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00pm.

She will be laid to rest at Memory Gardens, immediately following the funeral service.
