Ruby Colleen Moore

Ruby Colleen Henderson Moore, a lifelong resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at the age of 87.

She was born on April 28, 1938, to the late James and Iola Henderson.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Emmett E. Moore, Sr., sons, Emmett Earl Moore, Jr. and John Mark Moore.

Ruby is survived by her sons, Charles Moore (Cindy) of Birmingham, Larry Moore of North Carolina, and James Moore of Byron, GA; daughter, Darlene Earhart (Joey) of Fairhope; grandchildren, Jacob Moore (Chelsea), James W. Burke (Payton), Steven Moore (Karlie), Josh Moore (Carol) Olivia Paladino (Bryce), Sarah Moore, Mark Emmett Moore, Nathan Moore (Shannon), Ryan Moore (Caitlin), Bonnie Burke, Krystal Moore and Haley Moore; twenty three great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at 2:00pm. Visitation will begin at 1:00pm.

Interment will follow funeral service at Barnwell Community Cemetery.
