Sarah Jane Stacey, age 75, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 26th, 2024.
She was born in Selma, Alabama and was a longtime resident of Fairhope, Alabama. Sarah loved God, her family, and her many friends. She will be greatly missed.
Sarah is survived by her husband of 57 years, Eubie B. Stacey, daughters Lisa (Scott) Andrews, and Jennifer (Ray) Herold, both of Mobile, Alabama; sister, Dianne (Richard) Bass; brother, Robert Sims; grandchildren, Kenny (Baleigh Boltz) Andrews, Abby (Sam) Maner, Bradley Andrews, Adam Watters (engaged to Kaety Lockett), Aurora Herold and great grandson, Wyatt Andrews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at 2:00 in the afternoon at Fairhope United Methodist Church, Fairhope, Alabama; with funeral service following at 3:00pm. Graveside service will follow at Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
Memorials may be made to Shepherd’s Place at 155 South Section Street Fairhope, AL 36532, or in honor of her great niece, Katelyn Hale, International Rett Syndrome Foundation at 4500 Cooper Road, Suite 204, Cincinnati, OH 45242.
