Shelly Lynn Fraze

Shelly Lynn Fraze, age 48, a resident of Elberta, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2022.

Shelly enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She had a strong love for the beach and dolphins.  Shelly was a mother figure to many of her children’s friends and she enjoyed watching the sunset and listening to music, especially Jason Aldean.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Martin.

She is survived by her husband, Wade Fraze; daughter, Chelsea Perjesi; son, Nickolas (Erin) Polerecky; grandchildren, Mryiah, Hunter and Parker; father, Bob Martin; sisters, Renee (Patrick) Sehy, Christina (Noah) Fisher and Rebecca (Daniel Burland) Martin; many other loving relatives and friends.

The family will have a private service at a later date.
