Shirley Ann Beuk

Mrs. Shirley Ann Beuk, age 88, of Foley, Alabama, passed away on January 7, 2026, in Pensacola, Florida, at The Residence Memory Care Facility.

Before moving to Foley, Mrs. Beuk lived for many years in Monroeville, Alabama, where she was employed as a nurse at Monroe County Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Bertha Sirmon, other family members, and by her husband, Danny Beuk.

Mrs. Beuk is survived by her loving children: her son, Charles R. Dodge (Linda) of Ocala, Florida; and her daughters, Margie Blackwell (Albert) of Elsinore, Alabama, Cindy Brown (Phil) of Petal, Mississippi, and Andy Roberson (Kenny) of Foley, Alabama. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Shirley was a member of Oyster Bay Baptist Church in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The family would like to express a special thank you to her dearest friends, Bonnie Abbott, Pam Payne, Debbie Keisler, and Pastor David Peebles. You loved her, supported her, cherished her, and most of all prayed for her.

A heartfelt thank you is also extended to y’all for supporting our sister Andy, who lovingly cared for mom in her final days. You were there to pray and to support her with grace during this most difficult time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The family would also like to extend their deepest gratitude to the caregivers and staff at The Residence Memory Care Facility and Hospice. Words cannot express how thankful we are for the compassion, care, and love you showed our mother. You were there from day one, making sure she had everything she needed and surrounding her with so much love and care. We cannot thank you enough.

Her final resting place is The Memorial Gardens in Fairhope, Alabama

A private service was held, and no other services will be scheduled.
