Steven Normand Felix, 60, a resident of Foley passed away on Wednesday, April 21, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Pauline Felix. He is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Osteen; brothers, Randy Felix, Foley, Bruce Felix, NH; life companion, Kimberly Snow, NM; nephews, Gregory Felix, Elberta, Jeremy Felix, Covington, GA; 6 great-nieces; 1 great-nephew. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Prince of Peace Cemetery, Elberta, AL.
