Thomas Elliott Rankin

Our Beloved Thomas Elliott Rankin, 33 passed away unexpectedly at home in Orange Beach September 30, 2023. We are heartbroken with our loss, but know he is in his Heavenly Home now and we will all be together again one day. His fun loving personality, heart of gold, and generous love for family and friends will be forever remembered and missed by us all. Thomas attended Gulf Shores High School, and graduated from Brookwood High School, attended Shelton State CC and The University of Alabama and was a lifelong fan of Crimson Tide Football. Thomas worked with his Father for several years at his Advertising Agency in McCalla, Alabama before moving back to Orange Beach almost two years ago. He loved every kind of fishing, especially salt water off-shore, the beach paradise where we spent much of our time, and deer hunting and all outdoor life at beautiful Quail Rise Farm. Thomas is survived by his Mother Kimberly Willingham, his Brother Trenton Rankin, Step-Father Patrick Willingham, a Step-Sister, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. He is preceded in Death by his Father Donald Rankin, Paternal Grandparents Marcine and Irene Rankin and Maternal Grandmother Betty Maddox Brown, Aunts, Uncles, and Step-Brothers. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial and Celebration of Life for Thomas, Saturday, November 18th from 4-8 pm at a Beach side home Summer Salt West , 23484 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561.
