Thomas Morris Westmoreland

June 11, 1947 - September 6, 2025

Thomas Morris Westmoreland, known as Tommy to his friends and family, passed away peacefully after an extended illness. He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Louise Westmoreland and Inez Givens Westmoreland, the mother of his children, as well as his sisters Barbara Jean O’Bryant, Loretta Hardy, Henrietta McDaniel and Faye Westmoreland.

Tommy is survived by his spouse, Donna Westmoreland. He also leaves behind his children Thomas Morris “Morey” Westmoreland (Gina), daughter Brandie Buzbee (Scott), 8 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his beloved little sister, Lindy Roy of Hueytown, Alabama, along with several nieces and nephews.

Tommy proudly served his country as a United States Marine followed by a 25+ year career with Chevron Refinery, where he was well known as Kyzer Tom. Tommy never met a stranger and always loved sharing stories of family genealogy and childhood adventures of mischief.
