Toni Lynn McPherson

Toni Lynn Burkett McPherson of Satsuma, Alabama, passed away on June 5, 2026. Born in Elkhart, Indiana, Toni was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

Known for her kind heart and welcoming spirit, Toni never met a stranger. She had a special way of making everyone feel like family and always looked for the good in others. Her love, compassion, and strong values touched the lives of all who knew her.

Toni was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel “Buck” and Ruby Burkett; her brother, Dennis Burkett; and her twin sister, Joni Burkett.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Randy McPherson; her daughters, Amanda (Burt) Booker and Samantha McPherson; her grandchildren, Collin Abston, Arrelia Abston, Chance Grissom, and Cooper Grissom; and her great-granddaughter, Everlynn Dixon. She is also survived by her siblings,  David (Lynn) Burkett, Karen (Terry) Dobbins and Dieter (Roswitha) Engelbrecht, various nieces and nephews, numerous cousins, extended family and friends and her beloved cat Tippy.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Services will be held at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Daphne, Monday, June 8, 2026, with Visitation beginning at 5:30pm until funeral service at 7:00pm.
