Robert Tyler Brown, 38, of Fairhope, AL, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Friday, February 20, 2026. Tyler's hope in life and death was Christ alone, and he is now with Him in glory.

No matter where Tyler was—at home or at work—he was consistent in his joyful refrain, "Glory to God." A faithful and loyal member of his family and community, Tyler will be remembered for his big heart and welcoming spirit.

Born on August 14, 1987, to Karen and Philip Brown, Tyler lived the duration of his life on the Eastern Shore and was a proud local business owner.

A man of faith, Tyler was dedicated to the local church and was a member of First Baptist Fairhope for many years, the place where he met his loving wife, Claire Hardison.

Tyler was preceded in death by his father, Rev. Philip Brown; his paternal grandparents, Dorothy and Robert Brown; and his maternal grandmother, Sylvia Fagerstrom.

He is survived by "his rock," his wife, Claire Hardison Brown, and their children, Ann Parrish and Hardison; his mother, Karen Brown; his brother, Blake; his sister, Katie; and his maternal grandfather, Wayne Fagerstrom. He is also survived by his extended family, which includes his in-laws, Pam and Mark Hardison; many beloved in-laws, cousins, aunts and uncles; and nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 4 p.m. at First Baptist Church Fairhope, 300 S Section St, Fairhope, AL.
