Valerie Sturtevant Gibbs

GIBBS DAPHNE, AL Valerie Sturtevant Gibbs, age 77, a resident of Daphne, AL passed away, May 22, 2023 . Valerie worked as an LPN for 33years and volunteered with American Red Cross. Preceded in death by her parents; Richard and Muriel Sturtevant. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Jeffrey A. Gibbs of Daphne, AL; children, Christopher (Elizabeth) Baker of Goodyear, AZ, Andrea Baker of Fairhope, AL, Todd (Franzie) Gibbs of Columbus, CT, Wade Gibbs of Hartford, CT; four grandchildren, two sisters, one brother, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. A Memorial service will be held at the American Legion, Fairhope, Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 5:00pm. A Celebration of Valerie’s Life will be held at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Daphne, Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.
