William L. Dickinson

On August 11, 2020, we said our final good-bye to our loving father, William Dickinson, of Fairhope, AL. Though we lost our father far too soon, Heaven gained an Angel. We are grateful for the time we had. We know that he has joined our mother in heaven. He was preceded in death by his parents, Weltha and Lavone Dickinson; wife, Elaine S. Dickinson, and brother, Lavon Dickinson, Jr. He is survived by his children: B.J. Dickinson (Susie), Scotty Dickinson, Lori Gomillion (Drew), and Todd Dickinson (Johnnie); grandchildren, Payton Miller (Toby), Brandi Dickinson, Andrew Dickinson, Cole Dickinson (Kayla), Austin Gomillion, Victoria Gomillion, Bailey Dickinson; great grandchildren, Scarlett Miller, Trenton Miller, and Emma Kate Dickinson; brother, Gary W. Dickinson (Teresa); longtime companion, Linda Aney; many other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held Friday, August 21, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at the Alabama State Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery at Spanish Fort.
