Woodward Waldo "Woody" Day III

Woodward Waldo “Woody” Day III, age 92, a resident of Robertsdale, AL, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2024.

Woody was a veteran of the Korean War. He loved getting together with his family. Woody also enjoyed traveling with his lovely wife in their motor home, their favorite spot was going to the Smokeys.

He is survived by his beautiful and loving wife Cloice G. Day, they were married 73 years; his Children, Karolena Elaine Day Lowery and Willie Lowery, Woodward Lee Day Sr. and Theresa Day, Timothy Daniel Day and Natasha Day; Siblings, Jeanine Day Schultz, Ellen Day Garrett and Ullmen Garrett, and Shirley Day Baer; Grandchildren, Woodward Lee Day Jr and Bree Day, Karen Strauley-Lowery, Shannon Day Bane and Patrick Bane, Rachel Day Faircloth and Brian Faircloth, and Bradley Day; 8 Great Grand Children, and countless Nieces, Nephews and Friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodward and Ellen Day; and his brother John Day.

 Funeral services will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fairhope, AL, on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. Visitation starting at 10:00am, and the Memorial Service will begin at 11:00am. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens of Fairhope, at Fairhope, AL.
